V úplném začátku soutěže vybírali finalisty admini LP. Velice rychle se soutěž dostala do stávajících pravidel, kdy každý registrovaný hledač na LP může navrhnout v kvalifikaci 5, podle něho nejkrásnější nálezů měsíce. Po sečtení hlasů se pak ty nejúspěšnější dostanou do finále.
