The Nokta Legend metal detector is designed to better identify deeply buried targets
The Deep Target Identification (DT) feature of the Nokta Legend metal detector is designed to better identify deeply buried targets that can be masked or detected as ferromagnetic objects. Activating this feature increases the detector's sensitivity to deep non-ferrous targets, allowing for more accurate detection.
Activating the DT:
- Go to the Recovery Speed setting on the detector.
- Press the Pinpoint button.
- The DT indicator will appear on the display to indicate that the feature is active.
Usage Notes:
- The DT function is particularly useful in areas of high soil mineralization or where deeply buried non-ferrous targets are masked by ferrous objects.
- When DT is activated, sensitivity to deep targets may increase, which may lead to an increase in false signals. It is therefore recommended to carefully evaluate the detected signals.
