Return of goods and withdrawal from contract
Please complete this form and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale or return any goods within 14 days of purchase. If you need the goods repaired, please send a service request.
- Please fill in the form, sign it and put it in the parcel with the returned goods. Or send it to info@lovecpokladu.cz.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including accessories and enclosed gifts. We may not refund the full amount for used items.
- Pack the goods well, do not tape the cardboard box but wrap it in a separate container (foil, paper, etc.) to prevent damage to the cardboard box, which is specific and if damaged we would be entitled to charge a fee as the goods cannot be sold as new afterwards.
Please send the parcel including sufficient insurance to our address, you are responsible for the shipping to us:
