This set of four Celestron moon filters allows you to observe the moon comfortably and with maximum contrast at different phases. The filters are designed for standard 1.25" diameter eyepieces and easily screw into the eyepiece threads.

Each filter has a different light transmission - from subtle darkening to more pronounced dimming - so you can customize your viewing according to the phase of the Moon, the magnification used, and the conditions.

What the kit includes:

• ND96-0.3 filter - approx. 25% transmittance, suitable for observing the waxing or waning Moon

• Filter ND96-0.6 - transmission approx. 13%, ideal for first quarter or close-up observations

• Filter ND96-0.9 - transmittance approx. 5%, for full moon or stronger telescopes

• Polar moon filter with adjustable transmittance (variable ND filter) - infinitely adjustable filter intensity by rotation (approx. 1% - 40% transmittance), maximum flexibility
