Metal detector Minelab The EQUINOX 600 is a versatile multi-purpose instrument that is far superior to conventional single frequency VLF detectors. It is capable of working with all types of targets and in all soil conditions. Just select a location, turn it on and go!

The EQUINOX series was designed for serious coin, jewelry, etc. finders who want to upgrade to a high performance detector without the high financial cost. However, it is also suitable for novice searchers, thanks to its very easy operation and ability to work in all environments. The EQUINOX range features Minelab's Multi-IQ multi-frequency technology, which combines very fast recovery after target acquisition, with low-latency wireless technology and a very lightweight, plus waterproof design.

User interface

Great readable display shows numerical values of item IDs. This puts all the information you need to know for detection right in front of you. The LCD is very well backlit and easy to read. You can instantly change detection modes and operating frequencies at the touch of a button. The control is thus very dynamic without interrupting your search.

The 20 kHz and 40 kHz operating frequencies are not available separately on the EQUINOX 600, only in Multi. The Multi-IQ frequency range shown applies to the EQUINOX 600 and 800. This diagram is representative only. Actual sensitivity levels will depend on target types and sizes, soil conditions and detector settings.

Low operating frequencies give greater depth to large targets. High operating frequencies are usually more sensitive to small targets. With the technologies used in the EQUINOX detector series, you can work across the entire frequency spectrum while achieving maximum results.
