A rare Arab coin from the eighth century and other objects from the Middle Ages were discovered four years ago by archaeologists in Uherské Hradiště when they were exploring the cellar of the former elementary art school. They also found a deformed gold bracelet.

The depot of 1310 coins was discovered four years ago by a metal detectorist Miroslav Bartoš and two friends. The container with the money was buried in a field near Roudnice nad Labem. The coins date back to the 15th century.

He searched the field for weapons from the Second World War and discovered a depot that intrigued historians and numismatists from all over Europe. The Fuchsenhof treasure was in a metal container. It contained thousands of coins, jewels and two silver bars.

A pile of rusted rusty stones, which resembled old coins, was discovered by František Dedek during a walk in 2008. As an exemplary finder, he contacted the Tábor Museum. The depot contained four hundred different coins.
