Google napověděl, že se jedná o límcové označení pluku. Ale více jsem nezjistil. Tak kdyby někdo věděl .... Pluk 21. ( oko bere 😁).

Našel jsem jen tohle 😃o 21 pěším pluku jsem moc nenašel spíše o 21 Střeleckém pluku (legie z Francie) ale tyhle pluky se později stejně sloučily
