Metal Detector Minelab Manticore ID MAP

Categories: Detektor kovů Minelab Manticore

ID MAP, or chart as you will, is a unique feature of the Minelab Manticore metal detector. It allows the user to track multiple targets at once and work in multiple layers.

The vast majority of targets will leave a clearly distinct trace on the ID map. Interpreting it is not difficult and, when learned, will provide the searcher with orders of magnitude more information than a conventional ID.

There are a number of factors that affect what a "footprint" looks like on an ID MAP (surface conductivity of an object, its size, depth of emplacement, or soil mineralization, etc.). Despite these limitations, the graphical representation is very accurate and in many cases you are surprised time and time again that even in the most complex conditions the ID MAP performs completely beyond expectations.

In the video you can see how it works for simple targets like coins to the most complex irons like chains and rings. In the video you will also see juxtapositions of colored and iron targets.
