Teknetics has added a new device to its range of detectors, designed for beginners and intermediate searchers, the Teknetics Liberator. It is a richly equipped and 2D coil detector, which was priced close to ten thousand CZK, but now thanks to special prices from Teknetics it will be sold for 6 490 CZK including VAT!

The Teknetics Liberator is a detector designed for beginner and intermediate searchers with a range of settings, VCO and ground effect tuning, discrimination settings, mode selections etc. The weight of the detector is only 1kg and yet the detector is fitted with the most proven 28cm 2D coil from First Texas.
Target identification is done on a large LCD and by audio discrimination (4 tones). With the detector using VCO as well as the V-Break function, which allows you to both adjust and highlight the response to iron targets, you have in your hand a great all-round detector at an exceptional price.
The operating frequency of the detector is 7.81 kHz, so even though it is VLF technology, the unit can filter out many problematic iron targets. The power supply of the instrument is 1x 9V battery with the recommendation to always use alkaline. When using them, the detector's battery life is around 20 hours depending on the temperature and the number of targets in the area.
The detector is equipped with a nice audible speaker and headphone input via a larger 6.35 mm jack.
