Joint Club search 9.6.07

Saturday's club search in the vicinity of Kostelec u Křížku was quite successful on weather, but unfortunately much less on finds. Although we went for medieval silverware, it ended up being only a bit of Austro-Hungarian silver and of course a fair bit of copper, but mostly long dead.

The planned first Eagle Eye test was unfortunately postponed until next time, which is a shame, but that's the way it goes. The buried silver, hidden when the village was burned by the Hussites, will have to wait.

We will, of course, return to the Kosteliec area again at some point soon. Probably, but when the crops disappear from our fields.
After all, there are not many villages with the date of foundation L.P.922 in our country and the rotunda of St. Martin founded L.P.992,

For those who are interested, here is a link to the village chronicle:

http://www.kostelecukrizku.cz/kronika.php which is very interesting as a source of information about the area.

Krásně spracovaná stránka s historií vesnice.Zajímavá historie.

rád bych se taky zúčastnil společného klubového hledání v popsaném místě. Věčná škoda, že jsem to prošvihl. Přeji mnoho ůspěchů.

škoda, že sem tam nebyl :/
