Terms of purchase in Essox installments

To order the product in installments, please put it in the basket and select the "In installments" payment method when ordering. After completing the order, you will be redirected to the Essox.cz website, where you will choose a specific installment product and fill in all the necessary information to obtain a consumer loan.

We provide consumer goods financing for customers in the form of a consumer loan from Essox s.r.o. The whole process of processing a loan application is very fast and uncomplicated.

Loan benefits:

Simplicity and speed of concluding a loan agreement directly via the Internet.
Great variability of loan products, their description can be found below or directly with the goods in the online ESSOX installment calculator.
Immediately after purchasing the goods, the client becomes its owner.
Possibility of arranging insurance of the ability to repay.
The financed value of the goods or the entire purchase from CZK 2,000 to CZK 500,000 or according to the limitations of the installment product.

A. Installment procedure in 5 steps

Put the selected goods in the basket. You can buy more than one product at a time - don't forget the necessary accessories for the purchased goods, etc.
Check the order in the cart, go to the method of payment and select the option to purchase in ESSOX installments. Select the form of transport according to the options offered and complete the order.
In the next step, you will be prompted to be redirected to the ESSOX s.r.o. (usually by clicking on the link or the ESSOX logo), where you fill in the required information in the loan application. Finally, submit the request for processing.
After sending the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the application. You will usually receive the result of the assessment by e-mail within 15 minutes of sending the application. In extreme cases, the assessment may be extended to the next working day. (Therefore, be extra careful when entering your e-mail address.)
The e-mail with the result of the assessment of the application contains a link to withdraw the loan agreement and further instructions for processing.

Important notice - goods ordered in installments can only be physically picked up by the person of the loan applicant after identification by the carrier on the basis of presentation of an identity card. It is therefore not possible to authorize another person to take over the goods ordered in ESSOX installments.

If you need to deal with anything administratively, an employee of our online store or ESSOX will contact you and ask for cooperation.

B. Who can apply for a loan:

Individual over 18 years of age with a permanent source of income:
- employee - employed only on the main employment relationship, must not be on notice
- pensioner - disabled or old - age
- maternity / parental leave
- individual entrepreneur (self-employed) - must have been in business for at least 3 months
Legal entity (s.r.o., a.s., v.o.s,… ..) - must do business for at least 1 year, the application can be written only by the statutory representative according to the manner of action specified in the CoR and sign the contract, according to the mode of action specified in the CoR

C. Necessary documents for loan settlement

For loans up to CZK 60,000, only 2 identity documents are enough!

valid ID card
second proof of identity: passport, driver's license, gun license, birth certificate, health insurance card

For a loan over CZK 60,000, you also need:

Employee: original confirmation of income - not older than 1 month from sending the online loan application (you can download the confirmation at www.essox.cz in the download section)
Pensioner: a copy of the pension assessment, the last statement from the CA with the quantification of the pension or a copy of the last slip (if the pension is paid at the post office)
Female / male on maternity leave: a copy of the notification of the grant of the benefit / parental allowance
Self-employed: copy of trade license, copy of the last tax return, including all attachments and proof of tax return
Legal entities: Copy of the extract from the Commercial Register (sufficient from www.justice.cz), copy of the last tax return, including all attachments and proof of filing the tax return

D. Solvency insurance

Together with Komerční pojišťovna a.s. we offer you the option of advantageous repayment insurance packages, where in the event of proving an insured event according to the insurance conditions, the loan will be repaid or fully reimbursed by Komerční pojišťovna a.s. for the duration of the insured event. for you. Solvency insurance can only be arranged for loan agreements written for individuals.

EXTRA variant:

entry age 18 - 65 years, while the length of the agreed loan may not exceed this maximum limit
insurance in case of loss of employment of the insured
insurance against incapacity for work of the insured
insurance in case of full disability of the insured
insurance in case of death of the insured

CLASSIC variant:

entry age 18 - 65 years, while the length of the agreed loan may not exceed this maximum limit
insurance against incapacity for work of the insured
insurance in case of full disability of the insured
insurance in case of death of the insured

SENIOR OPTION variant:

entry age 63 - 72 years, while the length of the agreed loan may not exceed this maximum limit
insurance in case of death of the insured

The company Detektory Mlejnský s.r.o. informs its clients that it does not provide advice pursuant to Section 85 of Act No. 257/2016 Coll. on consumer credit.

It is prohibited to condition the conclusion of a consumer credit agreement with the conclusion of an additional service agreement such as insurance, etc., if it is not possible to conclude a consumer credit agreement without concluding an additional service agreement.
