The Helikon-Tex® Classic Army Windblocker Fleece Jacket is designed as an outer functional layer in moderately cold climates. The Windblocker membrane, a three-layer laminate, protects against wind while keeping body heat inside. It also effectively wicks sweat away from the body, which can be further enhanced by the use of zippered ventilation holes in the armpits.
The designed cut of the jacket is comfortable with plenty of tactical features making the jacket a practical piece of functional clothing for everyday use. It features a total of five pockets, a pair of zippered lower pockets, a "Napoleon" style chest pocket with a cord opening for the earphonea pocket on the left forearm (for a chemical light, for example) and a pocket on the upper part of the left arm, which is again zipped. The main fastening is a good quality two-way zip, with a flap from the waist to the neck. All zippers used are from the proven Japanese brand YKK®.
The jacket can be individually adjusted using the elasticated drawstrings at the collar and hem, also the cuffs on the sleeves can be adjusted using Velcro. The elbows and shoulders are reinforced for additional protection against wear and tear. In the collar you will find an adjustable folding hood.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS
We like to ensure that the clothes you buy actually fit you - that they fulfil their purpose correctly. Please take a moment of your valuable time to review the measurement guide and corresponding size chart to avoid mistakes.
To take the right measurements, find clothes that fit you well and measure them.
Chest - Button your clothes and lay them on a flat surface. Measure from the left edge to the right edge just below the sleeves.
Waist - Button the garment and lay it on a flat surface. Measure from the left edge to the right edge at the waist.
Sleeve length - With the shirt you like, measure with the arm at your side from the shoulder seam along the entire arm until you find the length you want. It is recommended that the sleeve point towards the root of the thumb (located at the wrist).
For jackets with raglan sleeves, such as Stratus® or Cumulus®, the sleeves should be measured from the bottom of the collar down to the sleeve cuff.
Inner - seam Fasten trousers. Lay the trousers on a flat surface. Measure the distance of the inseam from the crotch, where the front and back seams meet, to the bottom of the legs.
Trouser length - Fasten the trousers. Lay the trousers on a flat surface with the outer seams on both edges. Be careful to pull all wrinkles and fullness out of the back panel. Measure the distance from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem.
