Men's Helikon-Tex® MBDU® NyCo RipStop combat trousers
The MBDU® NyCo RipStop trousers are part of the modern combat uniform. The abbreviation MBDU in the name stands for Modern Battle Dress Uniform®. The NyCo RipStop in the name refers to the materials from which the pants are made - a tough blend of cotton and nylon with a RipStop finish. The fabric and cut of the pants are carefully selected to provide both high durability and freedom of movement, which is of utmost importance on the battlefield.
The MBDU outdoor and military trousers with a range of tactical features from Helikon-Tex belong to the Patrol Line product line. The cut of the trousers is loose and contoured, with VersaStretch elastic fabric gussets at the back and crotch for even greater freedom of movement. Fastening is with a high quality branded YKK zipper and Velcro. The wide belt loops can hold a belt up to 45 mm wide, even with a magazine pouch.
Up to eight pockets on the trousers provide plenty of space to store all the essentials you need in the field. Two front pockets with reinforced edges for carrying gear with a clip like a writing pen, closing knife, multitool, etc., two large thigh pockets covered by a flap with button closure and fabric loops for for transporting documents and small personal belongings, two smaller side calf pockets with a flap fastened with Velcro zipper and 2 rear pockets with reinforced edges, large enough to hold AR magazines and magazines of similar size. Carrying capacity of the trousers is increased by two fixed fabric loops for "D" rings, carabiners, keysrings or lanyards, located on the front belt loops. The leg cuffs are drawstring with a quick-release drawstring.
