Teknetics Liberator Metal Detector

Teknetics Liberator is a detector designed for beginners and intermediate searchers with a variety of settings, VCO and ground effect tuning, discrimination settings, mode selections, etc. The weight of the detector is only 1kg and yet the detector is fitted with the most proven 28cm 2D coil from First Texas.

Target identification is done on a large LCD and by audio discrimination (4 tones). Thanks to the fact that the detector uses VCO and also the V-Break function thanks to which you can both set and highlight the response to iron targets you have in your hands a great all-round detector at an exceptional price.

The operating frequency of the detector is 7.81 kHz, so even though it is a VLF detector the unit can filter out many problematic iron targets. The power supply is 1x 9V battery with the recommendation to always use alkaline. When using them, the detector's battery life is around 20 hours depending on the temperature and the number of targets in the area.

The detector is equipped with a nice audible speaker and headphone input via a larger 6.35 mm jack.
