Testing Mars MD Link - universal wireless set

Categories: Metal Detectors - Reviews and Tests

I like things that do exactly what they're supposed to do. You expect them to behave and they do exactly as you imagined. And that's exactly MD Link. The wireless set uses the same technology that we wanted to use ourselves. Incidentally, when we found out after communicating with Mars, we stopped working on our own solution, as I'm really not sure if we could get to the price of 2.490 CZK incl. VAT... so we would almost 100% be about 1.000 CZK more expensive.

The workmanship is great and the boxes definitely give the impression of solid durability. But what can be appreciated even more is the sheer simplicity of operation. You just turn it on, select one of the 4 channels and it works. This couldn't have been done better.

We tested the MD link extensively with all the detectors we have on offer. We sort of randomly selected a few representatives from Minelab, C.Scope, Nokta and First Texas (Fisher, Bounty Hunter, Teknetics) for the video. All of the MD Link detectors work great. Same on the Garrets. The only thing to note here is that you have to buy a special cable to connect to the AT series. But nothing is needed for the Ace series.

Ahoj. Pracuje prijimac z Mars MD Link s vysilacem na equinoxu? Dík

To BartRen: Ne nebude a popravdě to ani není potřeba. U 800 stovky máš jak krabičku WM 08 tak sluchátka. Přičemž WM 08 je technologicky ještě o chlup dále ;-)

Sluchátka mám circa měsíc, jsem s nimi spokojen, jednoduchá a rychlá obsluha, mohu doporučit. :-)

A co XP :-D
