The Minelab X-TERRA ELITE metal detector is based on the new Minelab Equinox 700 and 900 series of metal detectors. In contrast to the base model of the X-Terra PRO series, the ELITE version uses Multi IQ multi-frequency technology as is the case with the Equinox 700 and 900 models. In addition, it takes over a large number of additional features from the new Equinox series and there is one setting option that is not even present in the aforementioned professional instruments.
