Searching for artifacts from the war, they found a 3,500-year-old bronze dagger in great condition

A very rare Bronze Age dagger was discovered in a forest near Krasnystaw in southeastern Poland during a search for objects from World War II. It is practically unworn and in excellent condition. It is the first of its kind in the whole area, possibly originating from Bohemia.

Detectorist discovers 1,700-year-old hoard of Roman silver coins

An amateur prospector with a metal detector stumbled upon a unique coin hoard near the town of Padea in the Romanian district of Dolj, about 150 km west of Bucharest on the Romanian-Bulgarian border. The hoard contained 1,168 Roman silver coins dating from the third century, when the area was wracked by heavy fighting.

Celtic scissors, fibula, sword and other objects of pyrotechnics discovered in Munich

A burial site from the Celtic period was found during construction work in the Sendling district of Munich. Some of the graves had very high quality equipment, including 2300-year-old, well-preserved scissors whose blades are still sharp and, according to experts, "could still be used today..."

5.5.1950 Hrozov treasure

The treasure was found 73 years ago on the bank of the Hrozovský brook. They were bronze coins. Interestingly, they came from the region of Carthage. The oldest coin from the depot dates back to around 200 BC.
