One of the most important archaeological discoveries of recent years has recently been made in Stockholm. Hundreds of silver objects; jewellery, pearls, ornaments and at least 20,000 silver coins in a 12th century copper cauldron. This is one of the largest early medieval treasures found in Sweden.
