The exhibition What You Were, We Were... presents the results of archaeological research of the extinct cemetery at the Church of St. John the Baptist in Kardašova Řečice. Visitors will see devotionals from human graves and medieval pottery documenting the earliest development of the town. The exhibition runs from 3 March to 31 May 2026 in Museum of Jindřichův Hradec.

The exhibition Broumov Region - Roots and Transformations will take you to the unique border region Broumovskowhere human fates, architecture and the memory of the landscape intertwine. Through documentary photographs and the memories of witnesses, you will get a glimpse of the region's changes from the post-war years to the present day. The exhibition takes place in National Museum of Agriculture in Prague from 13 February to 28 June 2026.

An exceptional gold pendant from the Tudor period, the Tudor Heart, has been acquired for the British Museum's collections through a public collection. In the end, a full £3.5 million was raised, a tenth of which came from small donors - the public. The finder's fee will come to a handsome £49 million, with the same amount going to the landowner.
