Celestron Astro Fi 130 telescope

The new Astro FI telescope series has appeared relatively recently. The whole series draws a lot of inspiration from the original Celstron SLT series (which is fortunately still in production, although for a while it looked like it wouldn't be). The Astro FI telescopes, as well as the NexStar series, are some of the few telescopes that are equipped with their own WiFi. Connecting to your phone or tablet finally brings you into the 21st century.

The landing of the Mars rover Perseverance is almost here!

Perseverance is scheduled to land on February 18, 2021. NASA is expected to host virtual news briefings starting on February 15, providing live updates on the various stages of preparation prior to landing. The landing on Mars is expected to take place at 3:55 p.m. (EST time zone). Starting at 14:15h (EST), both the NASA TV program and YouTube will run a commentary broadcast.
