Já vím,díky 
Ruský knoflík zaměstnance - Ministerstva spravedlnosti (Министерства Юстиции) cca z doby carského Ruska. Na knoflíku je uvedeno slovo - ЗАКОНЪ - na tzv. sloupu zákona/práva.
