10. pěší pluk. Dislokace kasárna TGM Brno Královo Pole. Velitelé :brigádní generál Antonín Číla a divizní generál Jan Šípek. Oba legionáři od Zborova, oba v protinacistickém odboji. Jan Šípek zemřel ve Valdické věznici roku 1953.
