Vypadá to, že tam byl přichycený nějaký hrot nebo jehla, tedy dle mého názoru nějaká brož. Ten styl zdobení (hlavně tedy ten filigrán)je typický pro Eduardovské období, tedy úplný počátek 20.století.

Zřejmě tam schází jehla a 2 kamínky jsou vypadlé. Zřejmě nějaká ozdoba ?
