T W = Thalhammer & Welzl Wídeň
Thomas Weith Wídeň
Tobias Walther Wídeň.

Jezero :) may I ask you what is the source of this information?
According to my research, there was no other metall button maker in Wien in the period 1832 - 1890 with the initials TW. Adolph Lehmann, author of the biggest and the most known "Allgemeiner Wohnungs-Anzeiger : nebst Handels- u. Gewerbe-Adressbuch für d. k.k. Reichshaupt- u. Residenzstadt Wien" (1859 1903) did not mention any of these button makers (Thomas Weith, Tobias Walther).
Thank you for your response,
