Vůbec netušim 
Mělo by jít o "ozdobný" odznáček z První republiky. Šlo o různá zvířata, postavičky, autíčka apod. I tady v nálezech jich je celkem dost.
Mně to připomíná starožitnou panenku " Googly"-ty se vyráběly s takovýma "vykulenýma" očima 
díky za určení 
Jezevec: ted na to zrovna koukám
