Nevím, netuším - germánská ostruha?
Je to z nemagnetického těžkého kovu. Připomíná mi to spíš nýt než hlavičku jehlice.
Nikdo neporadil - tak toto jsem si našel sám (jsem spíš na mince - toto je pro mně španělská vesnice):
