Já ti nevím, zas ten ohyb nahoře se mi na závěšek nezdá, připadá mi to spíš jako boční strana z botové přezky

Taky bych řekl přezka 
Ale dost stará, vzhledem k té krásné barvě 
a závěs tašvice je běžně zdobenej jednostrannnně??
Část přezky, možná i z boty.
