Ono to zase z úplně novověkých opasků není. Jedna restaurátorka tvrdí, že ty motivy jsou stejné jako na dřevěných zámeckých renesančních podhledech. Takže tak 16-17.století.
Já osobně beru novověk od 16. století, cca od nástupu Habsburků.
