About the detector
Garrett The Ace 250 is a popular VLF metal detector designed for beginners and intermediate searchers. It operates at a frequency of 6.5 kHz, which allows it to detect coins, jewelry and other non-ferrous objects well.
Compared to the Ace 150, it offers more features, including 5 search modes(All-Metal, Jewelry, Custom, Relics, Coins), Pinpoint precision tracking, LCD display with numeric target ID and depth indication. It features a 6.5" x 9" (16.5 cm x 22.9 cm) waterproof concentric coil and is powered by 4x long-lasting AA batteries.
