About the detector
Garrett The AT Max is a VLF metal detector designed for advanced searchers looking for higher performance and versatility. It operates at 13.6 kHz, providing a good compromise between depth range and sensitivity to small objects.
It is fully waterproof to a depth of 3 meters, allowing searches even in fresh water. Compared to the AT Pro, it offers increased power, included Z-Lynk wireless headphones, better sensitivity and greater depth range. It has digital target ID (0-99), Iron Audio function, manual and automatic ground balance, Pinpoint mode and improved discrimination settings.
The detector comes with a waterproof 8.5" x 11" Double-D coil that provides good depth range and stability. It is powered by 4x AA long life batteries.
With higher power, wireless connectivity and waterproofing, the Garrett AT Max is an idealideal for coin, relic, jewellery and small gold prospectors in various types of terrain.
